  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals and promotional inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
